Welcome to MoziFi. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of both our Vendo Owners (clients) and the End-Users connecting to MoziFi hotspots. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

2. Information We Collect

A. From Vendo Owners (You)

  • Order Information: Name, phone number, and shipping address collected via our contact forms or direct messages for delivery purposes.
  • Account Credentials: If you use our cloud dashboard, we store your email and encrypted password.
  • Device Data: We monitor the license status, MAC address, and uptime of your MoziFi hardware for technical support.

B. From End-Users (WiFi Customers)

When a customer connects to a MoziFi-powered hotspot, the local system automatically logs:

  • MAC Address & Hostname: Used to identify the device and apply time limits.
  • Session Data: Time connected, data consumed, and coins inserted.
  • Note: We do not track browsing history or store personal files. Internet activity is subject to the ISP (Internet Service Provider) of the Vendo Owner.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Order Fulfillment: To ship your vending machine kits via third-party couriers (LBC, J&T, Shopee Xpress).
  • Technical Support: To troubleshoot your device remotely if you request assistance.
  • System Improvements: We analyze aggregated (non-personal) error logs to improve firmware stability in future updates.

4. Third-Party Services

Our website and hardware may interact with the following third-party services:

MikroTik Our hardware integrates with MikroTik RouterOS. User sessions are managed within the router's local database.
Formspree We use Formspree to securely process the inquiries sent through our website's contact form.
Google Drive Firmware and APK downloads are hosted on Google Drive servers.

5. Data Security

We implement standard security measures to protect your data. The MoziFi Admin App and Dashboard use encrypted connections (where applicable) and secure authentication tokens. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
